OPE to examine lawyer contracts, employee bonuses

Idaho lawmakers have asked the Legislature’s investigative staff to review three topics: How the state contracts for legal services, the state educational data system, and how state agencies use budget savings to give employees bonuses. The Legislature’s Office of Performance Evaluations will release its findings at the end of this year or early next year to lawmakers.
