Lt Gov McLean aims to strengthen Montana early-childhood education

Two weeks ago, Angela McLean was a teacher in Anaconda, an adjunct professor at Montana Tech, and chair of the Montana Board of Regents, overseeing the higher education system.

Now, she’s the lieutenant governor of Montana, after Governor Steve Bullock (D) appointed her to replace John Walsh, who is now a U.S. Senator.

One of McLean’s top priorities is early-childhood education.
