he Department of Commerce Community Development Division has released the DRAFT 2014 Treasure State Endowment Program Application Guidelines and Grant Administration Manual. The DRAFT 2014 Treasure State Endowment Program (TSEP) Application Guidelines and Grant Administration Manual have been posted on the Department of Commerce website. The tentative application due date, as listed in these draft guidelines, will be Friday, May 2, 2014. The due date may change based on comments received by the public.
