Superintendent Juneau announces Graduation Matters Impact Awards

On Tuesday, February 4, Superintendent Denise Junea
u will release the 2013 Graduation and Dropout
Report at the Graduation Matters Impact Awards Cele
bration. This year marks Juneau’s fifth year in of
fice
and the beginning of the fourth year of Graduation
Matters Montana.

Superintendent Juneau will recognize five communit
ies and one community partner with "Graduation
Matters Impact Awards" for their outstanding effort
s to improve graduation rates and college and caree
r
readiness in Montana. Graduation Matters Missoula
will be this year’s recipient of the
"Trailblazer Award"
in
recognition of their collaborative efforts with stu
dents, families, community and businesses in suppor
t of
Missoula County Public Schools.

The Graduation Matters Impact Awards Celebration w
ill be held at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 4, at
the
Montana Club, 24 W. 6
