Hotel to be Constructed on Former Kenyon Noble Site in Downtown Bozeman

The City of Bozeman can check a long-sought item off its goal list with the proposed development of a 104-room, 70,000-square foot hotel in the Mendenhall corridor in downtown Bozeman. With the project’s financing complete, construction is expected to begin at 25 E. Mendenhall Street in February with receipt of the building permit. The hotel will be completed in early 2015.

As far back as the 1990s, a hotel with event space was identified as an economic priority for Bozeman’s downtown core. With assistance from New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing, the former Kenyon Noble site will finally deliver one of the key missing components to Bozeman?s unique and thriving downtown.
