Search for Leadership Montana’s Executive Director Now Open

The Leadership Montana Board of Governors is ready to begin the search for a long-term Executive Director for Leadership Montana. We are looking for an individual that is a self-directed, strategic, effective manager who will take the lead in ensuring a high quality student program as well as direct operations, strategy, growth and development of the Leadership Montana organization.

The Executive Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining productive relationships, internal and external to the benefit of our organization, and fostering awareness of Leadership Montana on a statewide level. The position identifies and engages a diverse group of statewide supporters and successfully directs strong fundraising efforts that are necessary for growth and development of our program.

Jeff Laverdiere has been filling in for us on an interim basis and may well be applying for the full time position once posted. We are anxious to look at all applications in order to insure that we obtain the best possible individual to lead the organization into the future.
