University of Montana Marketing Student Creates Event Production Business for Non-Profit Fundraising – WE Missoula LLC

The MDT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program encourages and supports the participation of companies owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals in transportation contracts.

Senior Will Peterson has put his marketing education and his UM Entertainment Management certification to good use by creating an event production organization, WE Missoula LLC https://www.facebook.com/WEMissoula , that specializes in producing fundraising events for charities.

Since WE Missoula, LLC opened in August, it has produced events for three Missoula charities: the Poverello Center, Watson Children’s Shelter and Partnership for Children.

Peterson currently is getting ready for his next event, Feed the Zoo. WE Missoula, LLC will be arranging this event for the Missoula Food Bank. Feed the Zoo will take place at Sean Kelly’s in Missoula on Dec. 14. https://www.facebook.com/events/605977876130181/?ref=22
