Director of Sales

The Director of Specialty Retail Sales will be responsible for managing and directing all aspects of the sales activities of inside and independent outside sales representatives. This key position will be responsible first and foremost for getting the most out of the salesforce, but is also instrumental in developing and strategizing sales programs that contribute to growth in revenue and profitability in conjunction with the overall goals and objectives of the company. Product Development Manager

The Product Development Manager must have a unique combination of creative and analytical talents. They must be able to collaborate with marketing and product line management to identify trends and new product line channels, conceptualize/visualize new ideas, direct the artwork and development channels, manage process timelines, interpret analytical data, perform market and financial analysis and assist in the procurement process.

Product Line Manager

The Product Line Manager will lead and coordinate all major business activities of our Jewelry line through multifunctional teams; prepare business plans, including strategy for new and existing products, pricing structure, sales forecast, trends, advertising/promotion, meet annual growth plans and operating profit margin targets, market research and identifies development of new market channels of distribution.

National Account Manager

The National Account Manager will be responsible for growing current and cultivating new assigned multi-store retail accounts. This position requires an individual comfortable with presenting and selling all product lines as well as developing and interpreting heavy analytical reporting and creating model stock product recommendations.
