Acuity Design – Missoula firm designs 3-D printer for architects, engineers, educators

If you can dream it, you can print it – in three dimensions.

Motorcycle license plate holders, geared bearings, Yoda head models.

"And this is just the tip of the iceberg," said Ben Malouf, one of four partners who have created a new 3-D printer model.

Accessible and affordable is the message the four partners who created the 3-D printer, Helix, are giving to their target markets of architects, engineers, manufacturers and educators.
