Montana Blue Cross backtracks on rate increase related to Obamacare fees; delays for many

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana on Tuesday backtracked on a proposed, across-the-board 3.5 percent premium increase for group policies, saying the rate hike won’t occur until group-coverage clients renew their policies next year.
