Gallatin County sues Georgia-based cable company Bulldog Cable

Gallatin County has sued a Georgia-based cable company that left cable lines exposed "along roads, strung through trees, draped under bridges, snaked through culverts and crossing streams." The county is seeking a permanent injunction ordering Bulldog Cable http://www.bulldogcable.com/ to remove or bury all exposed cables belonging to the company.
