Growth gives MSU sunny outlook, while UM struggles
September 19, 2013 /
The budget outlook appears a lot brighter for fast-growing Montana State University than for the University of Montana, where enrollment has declined the past three years. The Bozeman campus is expecting enrollment to grow by more than 300 students this fall and surpass 15,000 for the first time, allowing MSU’s budget to grow $11 million from last year to $178.5 million.
