Probe: Mineral County health grant mismanaged, but no laws broken

Denyse Traeder said she was unwilling to be a party to what she felt were serious misallocations of grant funds by Carty, CEO of both the health center and Mineral Community Hospital http://www.mineralcommunityhospital.com , and George Bailey, who was co-director of the grant until late July, when he was dismissed as the hospital’s director of business development.
