Senator Baucus Unveils Power-Packed Agenda Designed to Transform Butte Into Capital of Global Business World During September Jobs Summit

Senator Announces 40 Plus Job-Creation Panels, Encourages Montanans To Register as Space Begins To Fill

Montana’s senior U.S. Senator Max Baucus today unveiled a power-packed agenda for his upcoming Economic Development Summit, which will transform Butte, Montana, into the capital of the global business world September 16th and 17th. Baucus announced more than 40 job-creation panels on everything from "Freight Transportation and Economic Growth," to "Montana Travel and Tourism," to "the Bakken as an economic driver"- each led by big names in their industry including, UPS Chief Financial Officer Kurt Kuen, to CrossHarbor Capital Partners Co-founder Sam Byrne, to Calumet President Jennifer Straumins.
