Hewlett Packard CEO Meg Whitman to Join Montana Jobs Summit in Butte, Montana

Montana’s senior U.S. Senator Max Baucus announced today Meg Whitman, CEO of one of the world’s largest tech companies, HP, will be participating in next month’s Montana Economic Development Summit.

Ranked #15 on Forbes 100 Most Powerful Women list, Whitman, will be joining the all-star lineup http://www.senate.gov/cgi-bin/exitmsg?url=http%3A//montanajobssummit.com/speakers/ of keynote speakers at Baucus’ 6th jobs summit. Whitman is known for her work transforming eBay into an online auction giant that went from sales of $86 million when she started to $7.7 billion the year when she left. In 2008, Whitman was inducted into the U.S. Business Hall of Fame.
