Searching for a fresh start: UM overhauling image after scandal, drop in enrollment

Some choose to call it a conflict, others call it bad publicity, a serious issue or a challenge.

Any way you slice it, the University of Montana http://www.umt.edu/ has had a spotlight shined on it for the last two years for the way it handled — or mishandled — reports of sexual assaults on campus, student-athletes’ alleged involvement in those assaults and documented instances of administrators’ questionable responses to those allegations.
