Montana Career Opportunity – Regional Director to manage the efforts of the Montana Blackstone LaunchPad

Headwaters RC&D, a non-profit organization, is seeking to a hire a Regional Director to manage the efforts of the Montana Blackstone LaunchPad, a campus entrepreneurial program.

This position will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with high-level university personnel as well as recruiting and leading a network of venture coaches. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in managing long-term projects, have the ability to apply analytical thinking to support decision making and problem solving and possess strong interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience navigating and developing programming is required. Prior non-profit or academic experience is a plus. Educational background must include a BA/BS degree, MA preferred; or equivalent experience.
