The Yellowstone Association (YA) seeks a forward-leaning Director of Finance and Administration (DFA) to work in partnership with our Executive Director and leadership team as we build on the organization’s recent success to provide additional educational support for Yellowstone National Park. This is a high-level job with full responsibility for YA’s financial and human resource operations. Success in this position will require extensive financial training and experience, a strong strategic orientation, and a collaborative management style. The organization is in sound financial condition and has an excellent, mission-driven staff and board. The IT Manager will play a critical role, working with leadership, in assessing technological needs and recommending a comprehensive plan to achieve our goals. The IT Manager’s role is to ensure a streamlined integration and enhancements of technology for the Yellowstone Association’s operations. This individual will plan, coordinate, and implement IT-related activities. This position works closely with individual departments to identify, recommend, execute, and support cost-effective solutions to promote success. The IT Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and practical use of technology to advance and integrate all aspects of our operation including: Finance and core administration, Institute programs, retail operations, facility operations, and membership.
