July 14, 2013/
Tom McCoy stood before 100 faculty members and friends who gathered in the Leigh Lounge at Montana State University last month to say farewell and thank him for building research at the Bozeman campus into a $112 million enterprise.
President Waded Cruzado praised McCoy, MSU’s vice president for research for 15 years, leaving to do similar things for a Texas university, as a "wonderful" and "transformational" leader.
