Missoula’s best development assets showcased to local, regional developers

Would-be commercial developers who scoped out Missoula on Wednesday saw parking lots and empty lots – and lots of potential.

City officials showed off Missoula’s best development assets to about 20 local and regional developers and construction firms during its first Developer Showcase.

Existing infrastructure, local services and cost-sharing programs were the lynchpins of Missoula Mayor John Engen and the Missoula Economic Partnership’s argument for why developers should choose Missoula for their projects.
