North Dakota Career Opportunity – Chief Financial Officer – McKenzie County Healthcare Systems

McKenzie County Healthcare Systems is seeking a result oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The CFO will direct the organization’s financial planning and accounting practices as well as its relationship with lending institutions and the financial community. Oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, real estate and insurance activities for the organization. CFO will provide and direct procedures and systems necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting controls and services. Appraises the organization’s financial position and issues monthly financial and operating reports. Analyses, consolidates and directs all accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports. Directs and analyzes studies of general economic, business and financial conditions and their impact on the organization’s policies and operations.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting field required; master’s degree desirable. Previous experience as CFO, Asst. CFO or Controller in healthcare setting required. Experience with Healthland software desirable.
