Senator Baucus fighting move to create Internet sales tax

Montana Senator Max Baucus says he’s going to keep fighting a move to impose a nationwide Internet sales tax, saying the move would create a complicated mess for Montana business.
Reporter Dennis Bragg talked with Baucus about what kinds of problems will develop if the proposal makes it through Congress.
Many states are already finding ways around the long-standing court ruling that prohibited them from forcing online firms from charging sales tax unless they had a physical presence in that state.
