Interactive app highlights historical landmarks in Missoula, surrounding areas

The Missoula Mercantile opened its doors for business in 1877, and it held "more money in its safe than all the banks in Missoula combined."

"Underground tunnels connected the Missoula Mercantile building to other businesses and banks for the safe transport of immense sums of gold and cash."
