Avail-TVN Changes to Vubiquity as Part of Global Rebranding Firm is one of nation’s fastest growing tech companies; has office in Kalispell

One of the fastest-growing tech companies in North America, with a primary office in Kalispell, has changed its name as part of a global rebranding effort.

Avail-TVN http://www.vubiquity.com/ recently announced that it is now called Vubiquity. Mike Kazmier, the company’s chief technology officer based out of Kalispell, said rebranding makes sense following a series of acquisitions that have changed the firm’s makeup.

Most recently, Vubiquity purchased London’s On Demand Group last May for $27 million, enabled by $100 million in investment funding from the Carlyle Group. Rebranding brings together Avail-TVN and On Demand Group under one name.
