Grant brings 32 new jobs to Hamilton, Montana GlaxoSmithKline facility

A $240,000 Big Sky Economic Trust Fund http://bstf.mt.gov/default.mcpx grant in 2011 to GlaxoSmithKline’s Hamilton manufacturing operation http://us.gsk.com/html/career/career-working-locations.html has resulted in 26 new jobs to date.

The company plans to add another six jobs by July.

Last week, a team from the Montana Department of Commerce http://commerce.mt.gov/default.aspx was in Hamilton to audit the company and other entities involved in managing the grant.

Ravalli County Economic Development Authority executive director Julie Foster said everything checked out just fine.
