Portland Seed Fund announces fourth class of startups

The Portland Seed Fund, a publicly backed startup investment fund, announced the 11 members of its fourth class this afternoon.

This is the last class funded by the seed fund’s original, $3 million fund. The seed fund is in the process of raising a second fund to back more small companies, drawing again on a mix of private and public sources, and says it has about $3 million committed for the next fund.
