EMTEQ exceeds goals – Great Falls wire assembly plant hires nearly twice as many as expected

The EMTEQ http://www.emteq.com/ electrical assembly plant celebrated its one-year anniversary in Great Falls a few weeks ago with little fanfare. But their work force size, at 90, is twice the size forecast for the business now.

"We started our Great Falls operations very slowly in late January 2012, and ended up finishing with a very good first year," said Jerry Jendusa, company founder, president and CEO.

"The transfer of a few aviation projects from EMTEQ headquarters in New Berlin, Wis., to Great Falls went better than anticipated," he said, adding: "The ability to find skilled workers in Great Falls was very solid. And we got a lot of support from the Great Falls Development Authority, city of Great Falls and the Montana Commerce Department."
