University of Montana President Royce Engstrom looks to turn around enrollment, win appeals for facilities

The University of Montana http://www.umt.edu/ needs to emphasize its accomplishments to fulfill some big opportunities, President Royce Engstrom told the campus community Wednesday.

"We need to spend time on a regular basis reinforcing the good things we’re doing," Engstrom said at a midyear report on the state of the university.
