How to avoid creative dead ends

In today’s working world, more and more people whose livelihood depends on being creative and innovative continually are working for themselves. They’re freelancers, they’re consultants, they’re independent. They need to stay sharp and ahead of the curve. However habits, deadlines and isolation can often lead to creative ruts. I spoke with Teresa Amabile for my Leadership: A Master Class about the key ingredients to effectively manage your own creativity. Here are some of her recommendations.
