Governor Bullock appoints Ronald Baldwin as Montana’s Chief Information Officer

As for the Department of Administration officials, Baldwin will assume the state CIO job after filling a similar role at the Department of Public Health and Human Services. He holds a project management professional credential and is an adjunct professor in that program at Carroll College.
His career includes 30 years as a leader and manager responsible for developing and implementing information technology solutions in both the public and private sectors.
Baldwin graduated from San Diego State University in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree, and earned an associate degree in computer science from Coleman College, also in San Diego, in 1982.
