The State of Montana Office of Public Instruction is licensing InRule for its Direct Certification Process, which involves working with the Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) to determine eligibility for children into the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) based on household participation in other assistance programs such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF.) The solution will both reduce the time and costs associated and improve the quality of eligibility decisions.
