A Business Analyst understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the features and requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

The Systems Support Engineer II is responsible for providing innovative and robust system solutions to support the information technology infrastructure of NFS. This position also supports various technologies implemented by the company to run their flood insurance processing business. This will include design, analysis, project planning, resolving daily operation issues and recommendations for solutions. This position reports to the IT Operations Infrastructure Manager.

This position will work on Flood Insurance Systems, supporting and enhancing MS SQL Server based applications. This position will be on our Data Warehouse/BI team so excellent database skills are required. The ideal candidate will assist junior staff members by mentoring or training to develop their skills and will provide support to the Manager of Software Development as needed. This position will report to the Manager of Software Development.
