Everlater, Inc. http://www.everlater.com/ has been acquired by MapQuest, Inc., a provider of online mapping and directions services. Both the companies are based in the US.

Everlater is an operator of an online platform for sharing travel experiences, and backed by Highway 12 Ventures http://www.highway12ventures.com/ and others.
