Four MSU undergrads chosen for new applied internship program

Four undergraduate students at Montana State University have been selected for an applied internship program through MSU’s Thermal Biology Institute (TBI).

The new program offers students a combination of academic mentorship and industry research experience in order to give them hands-on career skills. Students work on campus directly with MSU faculty members, then complete an internship with industry research partners.

The students selected were Conner Bailey of Olympia, Wash., Evangaline Koonce of Sheridan, Mont., Daniel McDonald of Tumwater, Wash., and Laura Whitmore of Palmer, Alaska.
