We seek an experienced director driven by the prospect of growing the marketing function and building a great company. Our marketing team is highly motivated, smart and enthusiastic. We place strong emphasis on data-driven evaluations, customer analysis, cost-effective strategy, and ongoing feedback.

Director oversees a staff of seven involved in strategy-setting, editing, design, and market research. Director leads creative direction; is involved in hiring, training, and staff review; budget formulation and management; overall process oversight and project management; and is also responsible for overall marketing quality and timing. Working closely with the CEO and product & sales directors, the new Marketing Director will be instrumental in bringing the firm’s high quality products to new markets and increasing exposure and sales in current markets.

Marketing director is responsible for overseeing the following marketing elements: market and niche selection; product positioning; branding; designing both consumer and B2B campaigns; choice of product features and accessories; pricing; mail and email list procurement and segmentation; website design and functionality; catalog and brochure design; media purchases; management of print fulfillment; lead generation campaigns; aligning sales strategies with marketing; and other marketing activities.
