Missoula ranked in Top 20 of U.S. college towns

The city of Missoula marched up a national list http://www2.ljworld.com/documents/2012/oct/01/aier-2012-13-college-destinations-index-report/ ranking America’s best college destinations, thanks in part to its strong arts and entertainment culture, its educated population and its viable entrepreneurial climate.

The American Institute for Economic Research https://www.aier.org/ ranked Missoula – home of the University of Montana – 20th on its list of college towns with a population under 250,000, just behind Auburn, Ala., and Burlington, Vermont.
