Montana Career Opportunity – IT Enterprise Content Management Supervisor – Glacier Bancorp, Inc. IT- Missoula

The IT ECM Supervisor’s role is to supervise and maintain the organization’s enterprise content management systems (ECM) through best practices and the appropriate staffing and management of the technical team. The IT ECM Supervisor is also responsible for planning and coordinating the processes required for the provisioning of the associated applications and systems necessary for the ECM business operations.

The IT ECM Supervisor will act as the central point of contact between the IT and Business ECM project teams; to facilitate and advance the project. This individual will apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the users on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems. Occasionally travels to maintain software upgrades and to correct various problems at other branches.
