Montana Career Opportunity – GIS Data Entry Assistant Temporary (Summer Intern, Lincoln County, Montana

Job Duties: This temporary position will assist with writing metadata & publishing the Lincoln County GIS data set to the Montana GIS Portal. The project will include the composition, editing, and proofing of Lincoln County’s metadata in compliance with Portal Metadata Standards.

Candidates for this position should be proficient with ArcGIS 10.0. This position will require a thorough understanding of File Geodatabases, SDE, Shape Files, Versioning, Projections, and various other GIS procedures.

Temporary Position: Employment for this position will last less than 90 days.

Benefits: No Benefits accompany this position.
Salary: $14.85 per hour
