Easter Seals to move into former bank in downtown Great Falls

A downtown building last used by a bank and vacant for more than two years will house 80 employees in a year.

Easter Seals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. http://esgw-nrm.easterseals.com bought the First Interstate Bank building at 425 1st Ave. N.

The purchase will allow the organization, which provides programs for people with disabilities in four states, to update its present facilities and consolidate locations in Great Falls.

"We have simply outgrown the building in supporting our region," said Michelle Belknap, president and CEO of Easter Seals-Goodwill, about the present facility at 4400 Central Ave., which was originally a medical office complex built in 1957.
