Building a road to tech education in Idaho

One route to getting students involved in math and science fields is having them take on projects that show the importance of their work. That is what Boise State engineering sophomore Chris Olson, 25, of Kuna, has learned while working on a class team to keep 9-year-old Makambo Kamulete from getting his arm caught in his wheelchair.
