MT Bale Trail team makes CBS pitch, meets up with Schweitzer in NYC

Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer made headlines on Tuesday as he promoted the Treasure State in New York City, but he wasn’t the only Montanan making a pitch in the Big Apple.

Andy Heap and Cynthia Derks of Hobson were already planning a sales pitch of their own in NYC when the governor announced his trip, so the three teamed up for a while in Times Square on Tuesday.

Andy and Cynthia help organize the annual "Montana Bale Trail" in central Montana every year. Also referred to as "What the Hay," the Montana Bale Trail is organized by The Friends of the Hobson Library/Museum and sponsored by local businesses and private individuals.
