Blackfoot acquires web host company Modwest

Blackfoot Telecommunications Group http://www.blackfoot.com/ has acquired local web hosting company Modwest http://www.modwest.com . It’s a move, representatives from both companies said, that creates a symbiotic relationship for two local businesses, allowing each to continue growth here.

"It’s a good news story for Missoula, it’s an opportunity for us to keep a great business here and to expand it. I think that’s the most positive news to come out of all of this," Blackfoot chief executive officer Bill Squires said.
