Gov. Schweitzer predicts future approval for Keystone XL Pipeline at Montana Ambassadors annual dinner and conference

Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer, who’s been a big advocate for the Keystone XL Pipeline, says it’s not a matter of "if" it gets built, but "when."

Schweitzer says he’s pleased to see President Obama move forward with the southern portion of the project from Cushing, Oklahoma to refineries along the Texas Gulf Coast.

The governor went on to say he’s willing to wager that the northern section of the pipeline will be approved sooner than later.

Gov. Schweitzer was in Billings Thursday to speak to the Montana Ambassadors http://www.montanaambassadors.com annual dinner and conference.
