$325K upgrade coming for Port of Montana

The Port of Montana http://www.portofmontana.org/ , located in the Tax Increment Financing Industrial District park southwest of Butte, will make a $325,000 upgrade to its warehouse.

The upgrade will add a partition, heat and security cameras to about half of the 40,000-square-foot expansion that was built in 2011. Located in Montana’s only active and utilized Foreign Trade Zone, the round-the-clock security is a requirement of U.S. Customs’ officials.
