Need help with simple SEO question

Hi folks,

Some of you know that what I don’t know about SEO could fill a book, so I’m relying on you fine people for help here.

One of my clients has something on their site called the ‘HydroCalculator’ tool. That’s how they refer to it. Page is here: http://conservation-strategy.org/en/hydrocalculator-analyses

Googling ‘hydrocaculator’ brings them up as the top result: http://bit.ly/A4Ey1T

Googling ‘hydro calculator’ doesn’t show them at all, at least not in fist few pages: http://bit.ly/zkSiTQ

What’s the best SEO strategy to get them a prominent position for search term ‘hydro calculator’ ? Is just adding some meta tags enough?
