Montana Career Opportunity – Production Engineering Manager – REC Silicon

REC Silicon, one of the largest and most innovative providers of silicon materials, is seeking a Production Engineering Manager for its Butte, Montana facility.

The successful candidate will possess strong managerial skills to direct and organize the Production Engineering resources in an efficient and effective manner while promoting a safe and positive work environment.

Duties include:

1. Ensure that appropriate technical support is provided to manufacturing operations,

2. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

3. Oversee key projects with the engineering department.

Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Engineering required. MBA or Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferred), with ten years related experience. Minimum of five years in a managerial role, and/or equivalent combination of training and experience.
