Missoula schools committee begins prioritizing programs as district faces budget constraints

Armed with the fact that change is certain but budgets are not, an ad hoc committee is trying to determine how to navigate Missoula’s largest school district through uncertain times.
The 30-member Education Priorities Committee has been meeting since November to begin to sort through the various Missoula County Public Schools initiatives – and what will be sacrificed to see them enacted.
