Invitation: Employer Information Booths at UM Business School for Feb. 16th, March 13th, or April 11th

SOBA Employer Partners,

We are writing to invite you to host an Employer Information Booth in the Gallagher Business Building this semester.

Info Booths provide employers with access to students in an informal setting for more in-depth information exchange, as well as continually offering different internship, part-time, & career opportunities to students to keep them on track in planning for their careers.

The following dates have been scheduled for Employer Info Booths in the Gallagher Business Building at The University of Montana during Spring Semester 2012.

· Thursday, February 16th

· Tuesday, March 13th

· Wednesday, April 11th

Info Booths will be set up from 10:30am-1:00pm in the 1st floor lobby of the Gallagher Building on the scheduled date to allow for maximum student contact.

If you would like to host an Info Booth, please indicate which date you would like to reserve by clicking on the "Vote" button in the "Respond Group" at the top of this message & selecting which one of the three dates listed you’d like to reserve? If you could let me know by January 31st, we’d sure appreciate it. If your system doesn’t allow you to see/use voting buttons, please reply to this message, as you normally would with your date choice.

Immediately after your organization signs up for an Info Booth we begin publicizing it to students & will send you a confirmation & parking pass.
