Idaho’s assault on small power producers continues

Through the actions of Idaho Power as implemented by the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, Idaho continues to enlarge the barriers to renewable energy opportunities.

Meanwhile, at the national level, federal policy makers continue to try to level the playing field and remove the barriers for alternative energy.
