Montana Association of GIS Professionals (MAGIP) grant and scholarship opportunites

MAGIP’s Higher Education Scholarship and K-12 Educational GIS Applications grant. Application deadlines are in March. Brief descriptions are provided below as well links to the applications.

Higher Education Scholarship

$1000 scholarship available to undergraduate or first year graduate students attending institutions of higher education in Montana and undertaking GIS-related projects or research.

K-12 Educational GIS Applications Grant

$1000 grant available to K-12 teachers and educators to support the development and use of geospatial technologies in the classroom.
